Any orders placed which have shortages, defects or complain need to be notified within 72 Hours of the receipt of the goods. In case of collected goods no claims for shortages, damages, complains & dispute will be considered.
At Embroidered-Polo-Shirts.co.uk, we offer a no quibble 14 day returns policy. However if you wish to send the item back the garments should be unused (excluding underwear) and sent back within 14 days for a full refund of the cost of the item.
We try our best for full customer satisfaction. However at times customers do not like the item or it is the wrong size, send it back to us for a refund.
Our trade is to business to business site, the Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to us. But to get full customer sanctification we accept customer returns and our 14 day returns policy actually exceeds the 7 working days specified in the regulations. If in the event you receive items which are faulty or miss-described we will refund you in full, including your original delivery charge and return postage (or we will pay for a collection from you). If you receive your order and its unwanted we are not able to refund your original delivery service charge but we will refund you the value of the garments.
If the garment is personalised we do not accept returns unless there is a defector mistake on our part. Its very important that you review the visual artwork which we send for customised orders prior to production.
